Scam Watch Pilipinas or #ScamWatchPH is the
national cybersecurity movement founded by Manila Bulletin and start-up
reputation management brand Truth360 which was institutionalized by the
government (DICT, CICC, NPC, OP and NTC) as its national citizen arm to educate Filipinos nationwide against cyber fraud.
